All personal information shared with me whether during registration, in lessons, or afterward is treated with the strictest confidentiality. I do not share your or your child’s personal data with schools, other students, third parties, or any external institutions without your explicit written consent. I use a dedicated, secure computer exclusively for online lessons to prevent data leaks or breaches. The identity of every student is fully protected, and only the student (or their legal guardian) and I will know who is attending the sessions.
All materials used or created during lessons such as worksheets, notes, feedback, summaries are stored are only accessible to the student or their parents/legal guardians. Upon request, all digital lesson materials can be permanently deleted after lessons are completed.
All submitted forms and session bookings are encrypted and securely stored.
