RUSSIAN LANGUAGE
Hi, I’m Martin Filippov — a language teacher fluent in Russian, Estonian, and English, with years of experience helping students master the Russian language. I offer lessons for both kids and adults (ages 5 to 65), whether you're just starting out or want to take your skills to the next level. My Russian language program is perfect for preparing for school or language exams, improving communication at work, or simply becoming more confident in speaking, writing, and grammar.
I focus on building a strong foundation, correcting common mistakes, and helping students express themselves clearly and naturally. Since I speak all three languages fluently and hold C1 certifications in Russian, Estonian, and English, I can explain tricky grammar and vocabulary in the language that makes the most sense to each student — which really helps learners feel supported and understood. I use a modern teaching approach that includes Zoom, Google Docs, iPad, Mac, and AI tools to keep lessons interactive and effective.
Every session is personalized to your level and goals. After each lesson, I send all the materials, homework, and extra practice tasks so you can continue improving between sessions. I’m available online daily from 7:00 to midnight and always respond quickly to messages before or after lessons. I can also communicate in German if needed. While most of my students prefer the convenience of online learning, I also offer in-person sessions and group lessons, including for companies and educational institutions.
I’ve taught over 2,500 students from across Europe over the past five years, helping them succeed in exams, enter universities, and feel confident using Russian in daily life. If you’re looking to improve your Russian in a supportive, structured, and flexible way, feel free to get in touch. Let’s make language learning engaging and effective — together.
