What You Will Learn ?

Each upskilling path is designed to meet individual needs, while still covering a set of core areas that are essential for professional development. The program typically focuses on three key dimensions: digital and technical skills, communication and productivity, and career transition with soft skills.

In the area of digital and technical skills, learners progress from basic to advanced computer use depending on their starting level. Training includes website creation and management through platforms such as Wix, WordPress, and Shopify, as well as an introduction to web development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Participants are also introduced to widely used digital business tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, Zoom, ChatGPT, and Canva. Additional topics cover the fundamentals of search engine optimization, marketing automation, and strategies to increase online visibility.

Communication and productivity skills are developed through training in business writing, email etiquette, and effective online communication. Attention is given to professional conduct in video calls, digital project management, and time management practices. Learners also strengthen their presentation skills by working with platforms such as Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Figma for prototyping and pitching.

Also this course focuses on career transition and soft skills. It provides guidance on creating a professional online presence, including LinkedIn profiles, CVs, and portfolios. Learners are supported in career planning and confidence building, as well as in developing collaboration, remote work, and leadership skills. To expand professional opportunities, language training is also available in Estonian, Russian, and English.
